stuck in game

I get very often stuck in game, the world freezes^^, i m 99% its not my conn. Any1 else gets those "freezes" that never end, only ctrl+alt+del&end task saves me.

And here only that i can't login back because it freezes at loadin screen

That kind of problems are from Lag, we hope to resolv the lag in january!
